Tonkin Musk

Tonkin Musk is a classic musk scent historically derived from the glandular secretion of male musk deer (Moschus spp.), once found in the Tonkin region of northern Vietnam. Its aroma is rich and complex, with musky, animalic, warm, slightly powdery, earthy, and leathery nuances. In modern perfumery, this character is generally recreated using synthetic materials.
